Matcha Custard Tart

Ingredients:

  • 1 prebaked tart shell
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder

Instructions:

  1. Heat milk until steaming. Whisk egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and matcha.
  2. Gradually add hot milk to egg mixture, return to heat, and cook until thickened.
  3. Pour custard into tart shell and chill until set. Dust with matcha powder before serving.
