Ingredients:

- ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, room temperature
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until well combined.
- Roll the dough into a log, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Slice the log into ¼-inch thick rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
