Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 4 egg whites
- 2 egg yolks
- Butter and sugar for ramekins
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C). Butter and sugar ramekins.
- Mix matcha, flour, and milk over low heat until thick. Remove from heat, add egg yolks.
- Beat egg whites with sugar to stiff peaks. Fold into matcha mixture gently.
- Fill ramekins and smooth the tops. Bake for 15-18 minutes until risen and set.
