Ingredients:
- 4 eggs, separated
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, then add egg yolks one at a time.
- Sift flour and matcha powder together and fold into the egg mixture gently.
- Spread the batter evenly onto the prepared pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Roll the cake with the parchment while still warm. Let cool, then unroll and spread whipped cream. Roll up again and chill before serving.
