Matcha Panna Cotta

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder

Instructions:

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let stand for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. Heat heavy cream, sugar, and matcha powder in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the cream mixture and stir until dissolved. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours or overnight.
