Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp water
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Sprinkle gelatin over water and let bloom for 5 minutes. Gently heat until gelatin dissolves. Set aside.
- Whisk egg yolks, sugar, and matcha powder in a bowl. Heat milk just to a simmer and gradually whisk into the egg mixture.
- Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin mixture.
- Cool to room temperature, then fold in whipped cream. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.
