Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp matcha powder, plus extra for dusting
- 1 cup brewed green tea, cooled
- 1 package ladyfingers
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whip heavy cream, sugar, and matcha powder until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in mascarpone cheese until just combined.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in green tea and line them in a single layer in a dish.
- Spread half of the matcha cream over the ladyfingers. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining cream.
- Dust with matcha powder. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
