Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp gelatin powder
- 3 tbsp cold water
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
Instructions:
- Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let stand for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Heat heavy cream, sugar, and matcha powder in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Remove from heat.
- Add the bloomed gelatin to the cream mixture and stir until dissolved. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours or overnight.
