Ingredients:
- 1 prebaked tart shell
- 2 cups milk
- 4 egg yolks
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
Instructions:
- Heat milk until steaming. Whisk egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, and matcha.
- Gradually add hot milk to egg mixture, return to heat, and cook until thickened.
- Pour custard into tart shell and chill until set. Dust with matcha powder before serving.
