Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp matcha powder, plus extra for dusting
- 8 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
Instructions:
- Heat heavy cream until it begins to simmer, then remove from heat and whisk in matcha powder.
- Pour the hot cream over chopped chocolate and let sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth.
- Add butter to the chocolate mixture and stir until fully incorporated. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until firm.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into balls, then dust with matcha powder. Keep refrigerated until serving.
